MOU have been confirmed to play a leg of The King Blues's tour.
This is a sweet opportunity and we love The King Blues so we are really looking forward to these dates.

Well, a couple more weeks have passed, and the progress has been incredible!! The unity peeps have been slaving away almost 24/7 to build the new epicentre of Myth of Unity!

MOU have had a really hectic beginning to the year. Although our public profile has been quiet since January, MOU have been labouring almost all the time since New Years Day, building a new studio from scratch with our bare hands. The album will be following in due course, and we might have a few surprises to announce soon. Stay tuned. In the mean time here's some photo's of the MOU Studio Project :)

Myth of Unity TV Debut!!!

Yes, Myth of Unity graced the screens of the UK on thursday evening, in Orange UnsignedAct on the 4music channel, and were given a unanimous Yes from the 4 judges. The show is repeated on Channel 4 on Sunday 23rd November at 11.30am. Clips to follow soon.

Yes, the speculation is over! We can finally announce (after torturously being unable to) that Myth of Unity are finalists in the Orange UnsignedAct competition, which is being filmed for Channel 4 and their new 4Music Channel. This is obviously fantastic news for us, and has come at a great time after an amazing summer of festivals. If you have just discovered us as a result of this, we warmly welcome you to our world. We promise you will be amazed, mesmerised and energised by our unique and high-octane sounds. Welcome to Unity!!

Yes, we have a great announcement to make in the next few days, but we have also pulled out of the last band standing competition for reasons which will become clear. Thanks to all who've been voting for us, it has been much appreciated!!

Please help us to get to the audition stage! We'd love to have the opportunity to just appear on this, it's being televised from the end of October and is exactly what we need as far as publicity goes. We've just entered the competition by creating a profile which can be found here. We need as many fans and votes on this website as possible! You can sign up as a fan and help us to get ourselves known at www.orangeunsignedact.co.uk. Voting then opens on 1st of sept and closes on the 14th.

Myth of Unity are partying at The Venue in Preston on Friday 23rd May to celebrate the release of their epic brand new super-duper gold-plated glossy EP. There is also support from You and what army? (from mobileAct unsigned competition on Channel 4). See you there!!

From efestivals.co.uk: "The 7 piece are already a couple of songs in when we arrive at the Pilton venue after driving through rain of biblical proportions - I really hope it's not a precursor for the festival. MOU play a lively virile set full of energy. The band are colourfully dressed as Blackpool nu-trash and their mix of electronica, dual keyboards (well Roz at times plays two keyboards one around her neck), big basslines, high tempo drums, and a duo boy/girl vocal creates an impressive opening to the competition. Come the end of their set the red suited Marc is shouting through a megaphone, and Kel has strutted her stuff and their fans have frenetically leapt about before them. The kids in the crowd are waving the glo sticks the band have brought with them, although I rather hope they weren’t listening to the lyrical content too closely. 'Sid3wind3r' and 'Welcome To Unity' are the best tracks. Drum and bass with RATM type rock and rap, this lot would go down well in the dance village but would need a big following to secure the main stage prize on offer in this competition."

Yes, Unity have done it again! After a great weekend performing at Pilton Working Men's Club near Glastonbury, in front of the likes of Michael Eavis, Paul Rees and other industry professionals, Myth of Unity are to play the legendary Glastonbury Festival! More details to follow.
